Our Team

Paula Montgomery became an advisor after passing the Canadian Investment Funds Course in 2011 and the Life License Qualification Program in November 2012. She worked for 20 years as a legal assistant for lawyers in the Burlington area. She joined the Kerba Team working in the office in 2012 and became a rep with IPC in January 2013. Now Paula is sharing the Mississauga South office with her colleagues, Ron Kassies and Paul Warren. They are supported by a strong team at head office.

Paula is enjoying working with her clients to provide financial planning and deliver personalized investment ideas to help clients work towards their long-term financial goals.

Paula is a member of Girl Guides of Canada with over 43 combined years as girl/leader. Paula joined The Optimist Club of Burlington and has been an active member since 2013 and enjoys the charity work they do for local youth in Burlington. Paula and Glen were married in 2003 and they have a couple of teenage children, a daughter and a son. Paula likes to volunteer with their schools and can be heard cheering her children on in hockey arenas.
